Our Executive Chef
Dani began learning how to cook while at elementary school. She attended Santa Ursula, a German school in Lima, which offered a pastries class. The sisters of the school taught her the brownie and tres leches that is served in the restaurant today to rave reviews.
Dani continued cooking throughout high school before leaving to attend college at Stanford University. We are thrilled that she decided to return to Peru and bring her culinary and administrative talents to the restaurant. Dani and her team of highly trained assistants will welcome you to the hotel with a wide smile and share with you the restaurant's recipes and her secrets for preparing top quality Peruvian cuisine.
